IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF OASIS TRENDS FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SITE OR PRODUCTS EXCEED THE GREATER OF ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (U.S. $100.00) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID OASIS TRENDS FOR THE SPECIFIC PRODUCTS GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. THIS LIMITATION APPLIES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
