Standard U.S. shipping arrives in 3–5 business days. Express options are 1–2 business days and available at checkout. International orders take 7–14 business days depending on destination.
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days from our studio. You'll receive a tracking number by email the moment it leaves us.
Yes — we ship to most countries worldwide. Duties and taxes may apply depending on your destination and are not included in checkout.
If your order hasn't shipped yet, email us within an hour at support@trendoasis.com and we'll do our best to update it before it leaves our studio.
Returns & Refunds
Any unused item in its original packaging can be returned within 30 days for a full refund.
Visit your account dashboard or email returns@trendoasis.com with your order number.
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive your return. You'll get an email confirmation once it's issued.
Products & Care
Each product comes with a specific care card. Generally, we recommend gentle cold wash and line dry for best longevity.
Many of our pieces come from independent makers and small-batch studios. Each product page notes if it's handmade or small-batch produced.

No, you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account gives you access to order tracking, wishlist saves, and loyalty rewards.
