Find your size:

A) BODY LENGTH – Place one end of the tape at the highest point of the garment (next to the collar) and the other to the bottom of the garment.

B) BODY WIDTH – Place one end of the tape at the seam under one sleeve, pull the tape across the garment and place the other end of the tape at the seam under the opposite sleeve.
